The North Dakota Commission on Legal Counsel for Indigents met on September 24, 2024 in the Commission administrative office in Jamestown, ND. The Commission at its quarterly meeting preliminarily approved a change to the application for public defender and also preliminarily approved the policy on Commissioner Conflicts of Interests. Both policies can be found by going to the standards and polices page of this website and clicking the polices for comment. All comments are to be sent to clcivc@nd.gov by November 15, 2024.
